Ingredients:
4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups warm water 110 to 115 degrees F
1 pkg active dry yeast
1 Tbsp sugar
2 tsp kosher salt

Instructions:
  • First step is Combine water, sugar, and salt in the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with dough hook. Sprinkle yeast on top and allow to sit 5 minutes.
  • And then, Add flour and butter. Mix on low speed until combined. Increase to medium speed and knead until the dough is smooth and pulls away from the side of bowl, approximately 5 minutes.
