1/2 cup almond flour
1 large egg beaten
3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, finely grated
1/2 cup crushed pork rinds (Try spicy pork rinds for added flavor!)

Instructions:
  • First step is Mix crushed pork rinds with Parmesan cheese in one bowl. In a second bowl add a whisked egg. In a third bowl add almond flour.
