Ingredients:
1 teaspoon ginger, freshly minced
1½ pounds bok choy, washed (600g)
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced

Instructions:
  • First step is Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add in garlic and ginger and cook for 1 minute.
